What subjects do you offer tutoring in?

We offer tutoring in various subjects, including math, science, phonics, spelling, reading comprehension, essay writing, English & history. 

Are your tutors qualified?

All of our tutors are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. Each tutor undergoes a rigorous selection process to ensure we deliver the highest quality of tutoring services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards.

How does the payment process work?

After signing up, payments are automatically processed from the debit or credit card on file on the 1st of 15th of each month.

  • If your first payment is made between the 1st and the 14th of the month, your subsequent automatic payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.
  • If your first payment is made between the 15th and the end of the month, your subsequent automatic payments will be processed on the 15th of each month.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our payment plans. If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund.

Can I download my payment history?

You can download your payment history by logging into your dashboard.

How do I terminate services?

Service termination requests must be made at least two weeks before your next billing date to avoid charges for the following month. Upon service termination, you will be charged for two weeks of tutoring sessions. To terminate services, please contact us at support@pathwaylearningonline.com.

How do I schedule a tutoring session?

After logging into your account, you can schedule a session with your child's tutor by selecting an available time slot on your calendar.

Can sessions be canceled or rescheduled?

If you need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a cancelation fee equivalent to the cost of the session. Session credits for canceled sessions without a minimum of 24 hours' notice will be issued at the discretion of Pathway Learning Academy LLC. Sessions canceled with 24 hours' notice or more may be credited and rescheduled for a future date within a 30-day period.

What happens if my child misses a session?

If your child misses a session without prior cancelation, it will be considered missed, and that session credit will be considered used. However, we may apply a session credit at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.

What if I have technical issues during a session?

If you experience technical issues during a session, please contact our support team immediately via chat on our website or at support@pathwaylearningonline.com. We will work to resolve the issue or reschedule the session if necessary.

What equipment does my child need for online tutoring?

Your child will need a computer or tablet with a reliable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. 

How is my personal information protected?

We take your and your child's privacy seriously. All personal information is encrypted and stored securely. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

Are the sessions recorded?

Sessions are recorded for quality and training purposes and to be provided as learning resources for students. They are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. Session recordings can be provided upon request.
