Our test preparation services are designed to help students prepare for standardized tests such as the HSPT, SAT, ACT, GRE, and other exams. Tutors offer comprehensive instruction on test content, strategies, and practice tests to boost students' confidence and performance.

4. Automatic Payment Policy
4.1 Enrollment in Automatic Payment
By providing your payment information and enrolling in our tutoring services, you authorize Pathway Learning Academy to automatically charge your credit/debit card for recurring tutoring sessions.
4.2 Updating Payment Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date. You can update your payment details by logging into your dashboard, or by contacting our billing department.
4.3 Declined Payments
If an automatic payment is declined, you will be notified immediately. Please provide an alternative payment method within 7 days to avoid late fees and disruption of tutoring services.
5. Termination of Services and Refund Policy
5.1 Termination of Services
Service termination requests must be submitted at least two weeks before your next billing date to avoid full charges for the following month. Upon termination, a final charge equivalent to two weeks of tutoring sessions will apply. To terminate services, please contact us at support@pathwaylearningonline.com.
5.2 Refunds
We offer an initial 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our payment plans.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of your initial purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our support team at support@pathwaylearningonline.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and provide your purchase details, including the date of purchase and the reason for the refund request.
Refunds are not available for used tutoring session credits past our initial 30-day money-back guarantee.

Fees for custom curriculum development or special requests that have been fulfilled will not be refunded.
5.3 Processing Time
Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received and approved, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered case-by-case. Please get in touch with our support team to discuss any such situations.
6. Changes to Terms
Pathway Learning Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
